GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. One can do the shopping via Internet, at the SX SPORT Internet store, visiting sklep.sx-sport.com web site.

2. The prices of the goods available at the internet store are given in Polish zlotys and euros, and include VAT (the so called gross prices).

MODE OF PLACING AND EXECUTING ORDERS

1. To execute out the orders placed, both the e-mail address and telephone number given by the user can be used.

2. It shall be a basic condition of orders execution to correctly fill in the order forms available at the SX SPORT web site.

3. When it happens that a given order cannot be executed at all, or for the time being, SX SPORT reserves itself the right to stop executing the order, and undertakes to advice the customer about it without delay.

4. No consideration shall be given to both incorrectly filled in forms and unconfirmed orders.

5. The purchased goods shall be delivered at the address given in the order form.

6. The customer shall have the right to choose the mode of delivery, according the order form.

7. The customer shall bear freight costs. In certain cases, admitted by SX SPORT, the latter can pay the freightage of the ordered goods.

8. Delivery time may differ from 1 to 21 days, on the average 3 working days.

FOR THE ORDERS EXCEEDING 300 PLN, WE SUGGEST TO ENTRUST FREIGHTAGE TO DPD, AND NOT TO POCZTA POLSKA COMPANY, BECAUSE CONSIGNMENTS TRANSPORTED BY THE LATTER COMPANY ARE ROBBED FROM TIME TO TIME. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OF POCZTA POLSKA TOLD

US THAT ABOUT 3% OF THE SHIPMENTS JUST GET LOST !

NO SHIPMENTS OF THE VALUE EXCEEDING 1000 PLN ARE ENTRUSTED BY US TO POCZTA POLSKA, UNLESS AGREED IN ADVANCE BY THE CUSTOMER, WHO DECLARED NOT TO SET UP ANY CLAIM IN CASE THE SHIPMENT BE LOST, OR ITS CONTENTS PARTIALLY ROBBED.

GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS

1. The manufacturer’s guarantee shall be given for the merchandise available at the SX SPORT Internet store. Sales slips (invoices) are sent together with the goods which have been sold.

2. When lodging a complaint, you are kindly asked to contact SX SPORT, being the sales slip (invoice) the basis of starting the complaint procedure.

3. The customer shall have the right to renounce the contract within 10 days since the order has been placed, without giving reasons for it, provided the original state of the goods is preserved.

CONDICIONES GENERALES

1. Visitando la página sklep.sx-sport.com, podrán hacer hacer compras en la tienda virtual (en internet) de la sociedad SX SPORT.

2. Los precios de las mercancías ofrecidas por la tienda virtual de la sociedad SX SPORT se brindan en zlotys polacos o euros, el IVA incluido (precios bruto).

PROCESO DE PASAR Y EJECUTAR PEDIDOS

1. Para realizar los pedidos hechos, será posible utilizar tanto la dirección electrónica como el teléfono del usuario que los haya pasado.

2. Rellenar correctamente por el cliente el formulario del pedido facilitado por SX SPORT en las páginas web de la tienda virtual, será requisito principal de ejecución de las compras hechas.

3. Cuando se den las circunstancias que plena o temporalmente impidan realización del pedido pasado, SX SPORT se reserva el derecho de suspender realización del pedido, comprometiéndose a informarlo al cliente sin retraso.

4. No serán tomados en consideración los formularios de pedidos icorrectamente rellenados, igual a los pedidos no confirmados.

5. Se entregarán las mercancías adquiridas al domicilio señalado en el formulario de pedido.

6. Le corresponderá al cliente el derecho de escojer (definir) la modalidad de servicio, de acuerdo con lo propuesto en el formulario.

7. Asumirá el adquiriente los gastos de flete. En los casos determinados, cuando la sociedad SX SPORT consienta en ello, podrá la misma cubrir los gastos pertinentes.

8. Suele ser diferente plazo de servicio, de 1 a 21 días, siendo plazo promedio de 3 días hábiles.

EN CASO DE LOS PEDIDOS SUPERIORES A 300 PLN, SE ACONSEJA ESCOGER LA EMPRESA DPD, EN LUGAR DE POCZTA POLSKA, YA QUE EN LA ULTIMA, DE VEZ EN CUANDO OCURREN ROBOS. SEGUN NOS INFORMA UNO DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA MISMA, CASI EL 3% DE LOS ENVIOS SIMPLEMENTE SE EXTRAVIAN !

NO SE EFECTUARAN ENVIOS CUYO VALOR REBASE 1000 PLN, MEDIANTE LA EMPRESA POCZTA POLSKA, A MENOS QUE EL CLIENTE HAYA DECLARADO CON ANTERIORIDAD QUE LO DESEE, HACIENDOSE RESPONSABLE DE ELLO,

Y COMPROMETIENDOSE NO PLANTEAR NINGUNA RECLAMACIÓN POR EXTRAVIO, O ROBO PARCIAL DEL CONTENIDO DE ENVIO.

GARANTIAS Y RECLAMACIONES

1. Para las mercancías ofrecidas por la tienda virtual, la sociedad SX SPORT dará garantía igual a la que da el fabricante del producto. Se servirán los productos acompañados por talones /tickets/ (o facturas).

2. En caso en plantear una reclamación, deberán ponerse en contacto con SX SPORT. Será base de iniciar el procedimiento de reclamación el talón (factura) que el cliente reciba junto con la mercancía pedida.

3. Le corresponderá al cliente el derecho de desistir del contrato dentro de los 10 días de la fecha de pasar el pedido, sin que sea necesario dar las razones para ello, siempre que se mantenga la condición original del producto.
